Togo is in the tropics, and one of the big benefits of being in the tropics is cheap flowers! I told Crystal that if we lived in the tropics (which I prefer to the hot, dry desert), I'd buy her fresh flowers every week. And at only $4 for a bouquet like this (including the terra-cotta pot), who wouldn't!

Togo is in the tropics, and one of the big benefits of being in the tropics is cheap flowers!
