We had a beautiful day on the Island of Goree with Nana. Goree is an historic colonial stronghold off the coast of Dakar. Its stately, antiquated architecture lends to the unique and quiet atmosphere, making it a wonderful daytrip-getaway from the busy, noisy city. 
After walking around the island for awhile, we had to cool off with some icecream bars!
Chase went even further to cool off, stripping down to his underwear (and t-shirt) to run around in the surf on the beach.
