“Mom, I want to go to Elijah’s house to play,” says Chase. “When?” asks Crystal. “Not when!” Chase responds. We have no idea what that means, but he says it any time we ask him “When?”. Sometimes he says it calmly, and sometimes he yells it in frustration.
