Ant Attack

I walked out of the house into the dog’s yard on the side of the house one morning last week and saw something I’ve only heard tell of before – there were ants everywhere! The little, black, stinging ants covered the ground and walls on one half the yard. The ants had moved in literally over-night, and the ground was riddled with holes that they flowed in and out of. I immediately ran back into the house and grabbed the insecticide, then I ran back out into the battle! I set the sprayer on mist and went to work, starting around the door and window. Later, the mission handyman came by to spray the whole yard with some strong stuff. They resurfaced a couple days later, and we sprayed them again. Hopefully they will get the hint and stay away for good!
