Ready to Go!

We have completed our two months of training and orientation for living overseas. Over a hundred people were in our orientation class, and we all became very close friends during this time. We feel prepared to live overseas now, though we know there is much work still to be done - such as learning to speak French and Wolof, fournishing our house, learning our way around Dakar, etc. The 1 & 2 year-old class taught the kids as much as you can teach them about the countries they are moving to and preparing them for the transition.
Chad is still at the training center for training on the accounting software he will be using in Dakar. Crystal and Chase have already returned to Oklahoma, then Chad will join them in Texas next week. We leave for Dakar on October 29th.
